OUR GUARANTEE
Throughout project stages our primary focus is on safety measures in both the scaffolding procedure and the entire works scope. Our personnel are trained according with health and safety regulations and policy and procedures and safe working practices are met.
We hold full public and employer liability insurance, we comply to strict health and safety policy to residents, pedestrian’s safety.
All scaffolders hold CISRS/CSCS cards and are CITB registered.
We can provide ongoing inspections for the client on a pre-determined basis.
Accident Free Coordination Process
We use our own equipment, whilst complying with the appropriate British Standards, ranging from traditional tube and fitting scaffold to system scaffolds and specialist equipment for non-standard projects.

OUR PROCESS
01. QUOTATION STAGE
- Scaffold enquiry
- Site visit by estimator if required
- Quotation provided If a pavement license is required, an additional charge will apply at this stage
02. ERECTION STAGE
- Risk Assessment and Method Statements issued along with proof of insurance
- Time and date confirmed to erect scaffolding
- Weekly Site inspections provided if required at an additional cost
- Satellite dish removal and reinstatement provided if required at an additional cost
03. DISMANTLE STAGE
- Date agreed with customer to dismantle
- Site cleared and left tidy

Health and Safety
At LDN SCAFFOLDING we take the safety of our customers, our employees and the general public very seriously. We endeavour to provide all advice and equipment needed in order to achieve a safe environment for our scaffolding projects and prevent accidents. There are many current regulations that relate to our chosen profession and we make sure as a company to keep ourselves safe within these rules and regulations at all times.
Just a few of the Health and Safety regulations by which we abide are:
- Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974
- The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (commonly referred to as CDM)
- The Work at Height Regulations 2005
- The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999
- The Road Traffic Regulations act 1984 (chapter 8)
- Local authority or highway agencies.
